Light on the tiles
“Everyday photographs from Lisbon and beyond — late light, shared tables and the long way round.”
These are the photographs I take between other things: walking home up the hill to Graça, waiting for the 28 tram, laying the table for eight neighbours, or leaning out of a train window somewhere north of Coimbra. Nothing here was planned. It’s simply what I saw on the days I remembered to look up.

A note on the photographs
Almost everything here was taken on one camera, a Fujifilm X100V with its fixed lens, so what you see is roughly what I saw. I don’t do reshoots — if I missed it, I missed it. Each picture gets about ten minutes of editing, usually with a cup of tea going cold beside me.
